What is the return policy?
Every Agenda collection is produced in limited production runs to reduce waste and encourage more thoughtful purchasing.
As a result, we aren't able to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including selecting an incorrect size.
Please review our Size Guide carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure which size is right for you, we'd be happy to help. Simply get in touch with your height and body measurements before ordering, and we'll recommend the best fit.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
When will my order arrive?
Agenda's Founding Collection is available exclusively through pre-order.
Pre-orders close at the end of July, after which production begins with our manufacturing partner.
Your suit will be carefully crafted over approximately 6–8 weeks before arriving in Melbourne for quality checks and dispatch. From there, Australian orders typically arrive within approximately one week.
We expect Founding Collection orders to be delivered approximately 7–9 weeks after pre-orders close.
While we know it's a little longer than ordering from a traditional retailer, producing in limited quantities allows us to reduce waste, avoid unnecessary overproduction and focus on creating garments made to last.
We'll keep you updated throughout the journey and let you know as soon as your order is on its way.
Why is the suit available by pre-order?
Rather than producing thousands of garments in advance, we manufacture only what is needed. This approach reduces unnecessary waste, allows us to focus on quality, and helps us build a more considered fashion brand from the very beginning.
